Be a part of something special.

An average Big Wish can cost in upwards of $10,000 and individual donations are A Special Wish Cleveland Chapter’s largest single source of funding. We are locally operated and locally funded. No matter how big or small, we treat every donation with extreme financial care. We are proud that over .90 cents of every dollar directly goes to granting wishes.

Use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express today and HELP US GRANT SOME WISHES!!

In-Kind Donations

Monetary gifts are not the only important way to contribute to A Special Wish Cleveland Chapter.

We also welcome in-kind donations, which are donations of goods or services that can be used in our Big Wish Program or Sparkles of Joy Program.

Examples of In-Kind Donations:

  • Toy Donations (new/unused; Lego, Barbie, Puzzles, Hot Wheels, and other games)

  • Restaurant food donations

  • Spa services

  • Sporting events

  • Concert tickets

  • Airline vouchers

  • Printing services

  • And many more!

Corporate Donations

Many local corporations participate in our “Wish Child Corporate Sponsorship Program”. This program allows businesses to raise money for a specific wish child and grant their Big Wish. This allows the company to truly get involved in the fundraising process and actually see their donation come to life! Please contact our Director of Development, Tammy Peterson, today at to learn more about this dynamic philanthropic initiative.

Planned Gifts

We encourage donors to consider talking with their financial planner, lawyer, accountant or insurance agent about arranging a planned gift to benefit A Special Wish Cleveland Chapter. A memorial gift can be arranged in your will, the same way you would bequest a personal gift from your estate. There are also different kinds of charitable trusts you can arrange to donate the trust’s income while receiving tax benefits. Your financial adviser can make sure you are receiving the maximum tax and legal advantages allowed for your gift. For more information on arranging a planned gift, please email our Director of Development, Tammy, at
